The udon at Table South Kitchen + Bar was a flavor explosion! Strolling downtown, we hit up Community Pie for some killer slices, making for a stellar culinary escape. Plus, valet crew was top-notch, always hustling with a smile.
Waking up in a bed with someone else’s dried fluids? Major yikes! Plus, the promised room locations were a bust. Made me feel like I was chasing shadows instead of hanging with fam.

We enjoyed easy access to downtown and wonderful family gatherings in the common areas. The hotel shuttle service was a real lifesaver, taking us to explore local attractions with my mother. It was ideal for our family reunion, creating memories we'll cherish.
My children wished the parking area was more spacious and organized. A better system would make it easier for families with kids.

Great location with friendly staff
I had a pleasant stay due to the hotel’s perfect location near downtown attractions and the friendly staff who provided excellent service. My room was clean and cozy, equipped with a mini fridge, which made my stay even more comfortable. The free electric shuttle service right outside made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast options was a bit disappointing.

Great location for exploring downtown Chattanooga. Clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the valet team. Check-in went smoothly, although I had some trouble with the mobile key system. The room was spacious with nice views of Lookout Mountain. Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. I liked the Starbucks on-site, perfect for my morning coffee. Got a little noisy in the mornings with cleaning staff and hall traffic. The restaurant closed earlier than expected, so we had to venture out for dinner, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, but some minor service improvements could make it even better.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12confusing signage
Not everything was smooth sailing, especially with the parking situation. the signage is confusing, and navigating the garage can feel like a labyrinth. The elevators have seen better days, with worn-out buttons that don't inspire confidence. Carpeted floors can trigger allergies, a surprise that left me wheezing, and I expected a bit more from the fitness center, which felt cramped with limited equipment. Wake-up call? Be prepared for a rude one with a late-night fire alarm that sent everyone scrambling down the stairs at 3:30 am due to a smoking incident – definitely not how I imagined ending my day.
